Before you order
What do I get when I order the A1C CGM?
One CGM sensor, one month of A1C Insights, two 15-minute sessions with a health professional, and a replacement if a sensor turns out to be faulty. Order more than one sensor and you get a month of the app for each.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for the sensors you order. Nothing renews or ships on its own, so order your next sensor before the current one ends.
What happens after the first month?
The free A1C Insights app stays free: your scores, vitals, sleep and glucose trace. Sally chat and Metabolic Overview need a plan, which you choose in the app if you want it. Nothing is charged from this order.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. A1C Insights runs on both, and the A1C CGM connects to the app the same way on each.
How long does a sensor last?
About 15 days. Order your next sensor before this one ends so there is no gap between readings. You can order several at once.
Does the sensor hurt?
No. Application takes about 30 seconds. A tiny filament sits just under the skin, and most people do not feel it once it is on. The sensor is waterproof, so you can shower, swim and train normally.
Where do you ship, and what do I pay in?
Pick your country on the order panel. Indonesia pays in IDR, Malaysia in MYR and Singapore in SGD. Every other country pays in USD. The price shows in that currency before you pay, and shipping is shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Why does checkout say 0spike?
Orders check out on our 0spike store. 0spike is the sweetener brand from the A1C team, so it is the same company. Malaysian orders are sold by A1C SDN. BHD., our Malaysian company.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
They are not charged at checkout. Outside Indonesia and Malaysia, your country's customs may charge duties or taxes when the parcel arrives.
What if my sensor does not work?
We replace any faulty sensor. Use the CGM return form linked in the footer, or email [email protected].
Is the A1C CGM a medical device?
No. A1C Insights is for general wellness and education. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you manage diabetes, speak to your doctor first and keep following what they have prescribed.
